The Old Ferry Landing is one of Portsmouth's most popular summer restaurants, for both locals and tourists. With the high volume of foot traffic in and out of the restaurant on any given day during their open months, the owner's felt that their outdated bathrooms were in much need of a facelift. Both the men's and women's bathrooms received a modernized, clean and nautical re-design.
POCO'S

Poco's Mexican-inspired menu is served in one of the most coveted locations in historic downtown Portsmouth. The cantina bar is one of four places to sit within the two story waterfront restaurant. The bar had existing historical charm but was missing the coziness and aesthetic appeal the owner's wanted their customer's to feel while dining (or drinking ) there.
Shying away from the traditional Mexican decor, we decided to go a different route.
MADDEN REALTORS
RYE, NH
Madden Realtors may be a small, boutique real estate firm but their sales numbers and impact on the seacoast community are extremely large.
They are well known for providing seacoast clients with assisting not only with sales but also with vacation rentals in the very popular summer destination of Rye and Rye Beach.
In 2017, Madden Realtors decided to move their office into Rye. That is where we came in. We transformed (gutted) a very outdated children's clothing store into a bright and professional office suite.

About Face is one of the leading medical aesthetics offices on the Seacoast.
They recently re-located their office to a much larger office space and needed help with the design for the reception and waiting areas. We helped by providing layout options, furniture and decor specifics and provided them with renderings and designs for customized built-ins.
The final outcome is fabulous and their new office is both fresh and welcoming.
TWO CERES STREET
Portsmouth, NH
This cozy martini bar is the place to be in Portsmouth during the winter months. The owners wanted a more relaxed vibe, with an optimal amount of seating, and fun colors. A mix of natural tones/textures and a few bold pops of color were used to soften the contemporary furnishings.
We also decorated the bar for the holidays!
